FAQ

SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed within 48 hrs of purchase, pending item availability and credit card verification. (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery.

All orders are shipped either USPS First Class (5-6 days) or USPS Priority mail (2-3 days) depending on the size of the item. 

-All orders qualify for free USPS shipping.  

RETURNS:

-Capulet Vintage does not take returns as items are preloved- items are final sale. Because they are previously owned light wear should be expected, and major flaws will be pointed out to best of ability.

 

TRACKING:

Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. USPS tracking: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action

 

SIZING:

With vintage item sizing being far different from that of todays, we make sure to make and make suggestions on would sizes would garments would work best for. Please reach out with any questions and be sure to check your measurements.  All measurements are taken flat.
